Thomas is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a minor in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Additionally, he has been a licensed realtor since 2009.
From 2014 to 2021, Thomas excelled as the Vice President of Acquisitions, Development & Equity Partner at Sight Real Estate. During his tenure at Sight, Thomas served as a hired Sales Consultant for Domain Homes, the largest single-family urban infill builder in Tampa, Florida. Thomas was also responsible for providing land assemblage services for Milhaus Development, a national developer specializing in Class A, urban, multi-family residential buildings, throughout this time. With a background as an Underwriter for Multifamily value-add Projects, Thomas possesses a keen understanding of the critical factors of quality, cost, and presentation.
In addition to President, Thomas spearheads the Acquisition, Development, Leasing & Asset Management Services to TPS & related entities. His expertise in design, construction, and real estate market trends positions him as a triple-threat player in the realm of real estate development. Thomas is a hands-on operator who actively contributes his design and project management expertise to all property renovations undertaken at TPS.
Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University and certification as a CPA in his home state, Michael embarked on his professional journey.
During his college years, Michael honed his skills through an internship at Liberty Industries, Inc., which later extended a full-time offer upon his graduation. He furthered his career at Grant Thornton, one of the nation's largest accounting firms, where he specialized in preparing financial statements and tax returns for diverse organizations.
Thomas and Michael share a lifelong bond, having grown up together in Connecticut. It was partially due to Thomas's influence and the promise of opportunities that led Michael to Tampa, Florida.
In 2018, Michael brought his wealth of expertise to TPS LLC, assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer. Since then, his strategic financial acumen has been instrumental in steering the company toward continued growth and success.

Prior to joining us, Hugo honed his skills in the challenging arena of bridge construction while working for a prestigious company in Germany.
His expertise caught the attention of industry leaders, leading to his involvement in the monumental construction project of the Sunshine Skyway in the United States. This experience not only enhanced his technical prowess but also instilled in him a profound understanding of the importance of structural integrity and safety—a philosophy he applies diligently to his role at TPS Properties.
